Checking your details

The final step before submitting your school's documents for verification is to make sure that all the information you have provided is accurate and to read and accept the Terms and Conditions.

You'll be able to review the details in one comprehensive list, divided into sections that correspond to the order and sections you completed during the earlier steps.

You can refer to this page in conjunction with the handy checklist at the bottom of this guide.

To open the terms and conditions, please use the orange links in the Terms and Conditions section.

To confirm you have read and agree to the terms, tick the tick box before completing the submission by clicking the green Submit button.

When you submit your information, Arbor will create a Stripe Connected Account for your school. Once Stripe verifies the information, you will be able to continue with the setup process. It can take up to 24 hours to verify your documents.

Making adjustments

If you need to make any adjustments to a section, for example, if a street name needs to be corrected, use the grey Back button in the top left corner. Continue using the back button until you reach the step and section you need to correct.

This concludes the steps to submitting your details for verification. Now that you have submitted your details, you can proceed to confirming that the verification has worked and troubleshooting any issues that may have caused your verification to fail.
