This article outlines why your training may disappear from the training hub.
Training Expiry
All our training at Arbor expires after 365 days whether the course or learning path has been started or not. This ensures that the Training Hub can run smoothly with only active users who are in onboarding or those who have purchased training within the last year.
Please check when you purchased the training to confirm if this is the reason for the material to be missing from your Training Hub. If it was purchased within a year and it is not on the hub, contact training@arbor-education.com.
What next?
If you would like to repurchase any training you can email customersales@arbor-education.com. The training will then be added to your training hub, once it's been purchased.
