What browsers are supported?
For the best possible user experience, please access Arbor using the latest version of one of these browsers:
- Google Chrome (recommended)
- Firefox
- Safari
- Microsoft Edge
We recommend Google Chrome as this is the most widely used and is the browser we perform the most testing against.
Please note: We are no longer supporting Internet Explorer, so users should move to use another browser. If you are using Internet Explorer and something in Arbor is not working as it should, please switch to using a supported browser. If the issue also occurs on the new browser, please report it to our support team.
Which version of Microsoft Edge can we use?
Microsoft will no longer be supporting Legacy Edge from the 9th March 2021 and will be expecting users to upgrade or be automatically updated to Edge (the new version, based on Chromium) on 13th April 2021. You can read more about the update here. If you're unsure which version you're using please get in touch with Microsoft support.
Arbor will not support Legacy Edge after 9th March, when Microsoft stops supporting it. We recommend you upgrade before then. If you do not, Microsoft will automatically upgrade you on 13th April. If you use Legacy Edge after 9th March and something in Arbor is not working as it should, please switch to using a supported browser. If the issue also occurs on the new browser, please report it to our support team.
Can I use the supported browsers on my mobile phone?
We are working towards making Arbor fully responsive for all users on mobile using our supported browsers. This is a long-term initiative, but once complete means Arbor will be compatible with any device, removing the need for a dedicated app. See more info about using Arbor on mobile here.
