Which Arbor domains should we whitelist to avoid issues with our firewall?

Depending on your firewall settings, you might experience issues accessing or using Arbor and related products if you do not explicitly "whitelist" certain domains.

To avoid issues, we therefore recommend whitelisting the following domains. These are sorted by purpose so that you can decide which are most appropriate for your needs.

 To ensure access to an MIS

Whitelist the following domains:

1.  *.arbor.sc (http://arbor.sc/) 
2. *.arbor.education (http://arbor.education/)

To ensure Arbor's system emails arrive

Arbor's no-reply email addresses are listed below, whitelist these in your email client to ensure these email arrive:

• welcome@arbor-education.com  - Login details for new users
• password-reset@arbor-education.com  - Password resets
• noreply@arbor-education.com  - Group MIS data sharing requests if your MAT site has no email address set up in Administration > Group Details
• no-reply@arbor-education.com  - All other automated system emails
