Paying an outstanding debt for a Standard Club the Parent Portal or Parent App

If your child's club has ended and you still owe money - for example, a club from last year - you can pay the remaining balance through your Parent Portal or Parent App. This guide walks you through finding and paying an outstanding club balance.

Paying on the Parent Portal

Once you're signed into the Portal, you can follow these steps to complete the payment:

1. Go to the Active Payments page. To do this:
    
   • Either click the Total outstanding amount on the home screen (if your school has switched this feature on).
     
     
      
   • Or click the orange Quick Actions button and select Payments.
     
     
      
2. On the Active Payments page, click the club you want to pay for.
   
   
    
3. Under Memberships, you can click on any with the status Not Paid to add a payment.
   
   

4. On the slide-over, either click Add to basket (use this if you want to pay for anything else at the same time; more on the basket here) or click Make Payment.

Paying on the Parent App

Once you're signed into the App, you can follow these steps to complete the payment:

1. Go to the Payments section. To do this:
   • Either click on Total outstanding on the home screen (if your school has switched this feature on).
     
     
      
   • Or click the Menu button (the three vertical lines in the botton bottom left) and Payments
     
     
      
2. In the Active Payments section, click the club you want to pay for.
   
   
    
3. Once you can see the details of the club, scroll to the Memberships section
   
    
4. Click on the memberships that are marked as Status: Not Paid
    
5. On the slide-over, either click Add to basket (use this if you want to pay for anything else at the same time; more on the basket here) or click Make Payment.
   
   

What should I do if I see a 'Sign up not available' message?

If you see a message like the one below, please contact your school and ask them to review the sign-up dates for the club.

The school remove the message by ensuring the Guardina Portal Signup dates are present and ongoing.
