Guardians and students cannot log in using Single Sign-on (SSO) or have Two-factor authentication enabled. They will need to input their username and password into the login page.
When logging in from the school-specific login page, they will still see the Log in with Microsoft/Google button. You can either advise guardians and students to ignore this button or to login via the generic login page at login.arbor.sc instead.
