When logging a behaviour incident, you can add that a Physical intervention or restraint has been used.
To report on these in the Custom Report Writer, just create a new report about Students Involved in Behavioural Incidents.
To get the columns, you can type in 'physical' or 'restraint' into the search box to find the columns.
