To view the marking status of summative assessments on Arbor, go to Students > Assessments > Summative Tracking. Here you will see your school's assessments and whether marking has not been started as yet, has been started or has been completed!
Use the filters to look at only certain student groups. Top Tip: Using the Students in... filter will filter based on the student group the assessment has been linked to, rather than all students. So, for example, if the assessment has been linked to a course, you'll need to select the course rather than the year group.
The colours on this page are referring to the Status column on Students > Assessments > Summative Tracking. Not to be confused with the colours on the summative marksheet, explained here.
White - Not Started
This is before the assessment period has passed. This is typically also seen on single mark ad hoc assessments where the date hasn't passed. Once the ad hoc date or the assessment period passes, this will turn orange.
Orange - Not Started
This happens when the assessment period has passed but no summative marks have been entered. It will remain orange until it is started. It will then turn Yellow.
Yellow - Started
Once marks have been entered, the Summative Tracking page now shows a Yellow status of Started instead of orange Not Started.
Green - Completed
Summative assessment marks for that assessment period have been entered for all students in the marksheet. This will not consider ad hoc assessments.
