Applicants are not showing in our third-party app

For Arbor's API partners to be able to read your applicant data, and for applicants to pull through to other systems, they must have the Status of Enrolled. API partners won't be able to read your Applicants' data whilst their application status is Newly Created, Offer Made or Offer Accepted.

They must have been given a future enrolment into your school - you can see how to do this in step 7 here: Applicants - Adding, enrolling and sending communications
