The current system allows for only 5 positive and 5 negative severity levels, plus a neutral level. Custom Behaviour Workflows can be used to create different follow-ups for various behaviour types.
No, our current setup for all Schools has only 5 levels for Positives, 5 levels for Negatives and a Level 0 Neutral.
However, you can split your levels to have different follow-ups for different behaviour types if you use Custom Behaviour Workflows.
