You will see Planned Learning Hours are Not Set. Click to Edit and input the programme Planned Learning hours here. Then click Save Changes.

Then you will need to regenerate your census for the error code to be resolved.

Student who joined after the census

If the student joined your school after the previous year's Autumn census date, you will need to click on Planned Learning Hours and set this value manually.

Arbor can only automatically calculate a value for students enrolled on or before the Autumn census date.

Check the student's Year Group

If the error continues to appear, you should check the Curriculum Grade set for the Year Groups in your previous academic year, by heading to Students > Enrolment > Year Groups.

Years 12, 13 and 14 must have the appropriate curriculum grade value set in order for Planned Learning Hours to be included in the census.
