The Advanced Support service gives you a direct line to an expert who really understands your unique set-up and can give you quick, tailored solutions.
You get 1 on 1 support with more technical school workflows through free, personalised webinars (6 per year) and an unlimited amount of 15 minute Support Calls, via Zoom. Finally, Advanced Support takes the hassle out of reporting with a bank of 10 custom reports and 2 live feeds, set up for you by your own Analyst.

Hi, my name is Josie and I'm one of the Team Lead's here at Arbor. I have worked for Arbor for over a year and I oversee the Advanced Support Team. I have worked in Operations and Customer Service Management for over 16 years and love it here at Arbor as I feel we can really make a difference and add value for schools. When I'm not at work I obviously love spending time with my family and friends but I'm also a dedicated runner (albeit a bit of a slow one) and I love a good book; Crime Fiction being my genre of choice (you can't beat a good "who done it")

Hi, I’m Lucie and I've been working at Arbor since February 2021. Before that I spent 10 years working in schools (primary and special), teaching computing, supporting with technical issues and working on developing IT systems and strategies to improve student achievement and outcomes. I'm really passionate about how technology can help improve life in school, not just for the students but for the staff too and love being able to help our Arbor family schools work smarter and faster. At home, I'm a proud mum to my very nearly 18 year old son and enjoy binging Netflix, reading, cooking and playing video games. So much so that I was an entrant in the Super Mario Kart World Championships a few years ago. I'm pleased to say I didn't come last but that's about the best I did!

Hi my name is Chantel and I was born and raised in London. I always knew I wanted to work in education, so after secondary school I went to college to study Childcare and Education. After college I took a gap year and worked within retail and customer facing role before going to University of Bedfordshire to study Education Studies. I graduated in 2018 and I worked in the NHS and in university accommodation before getting a job within Arbor. Outside of work I love reading, cooking, creating cocktails and spending time with family and friends. My favourite area of Arbor is Enrolment and Attendance.

Hi, my name is Maddie, I've been working at Arbor since 2021. Before Arbor, I worked in Customer Service roles for 6 years - I would definitely say I have a passion for helping people. In my free time, I enjoy going to the theatre and concerts. I also enjoy Acting and have performed in many productions, my favourite being Hamlet at Leeds Playhouse. I also love spending time with my Golden Retriever - Marvin.

Hi, I’m Ceara and I am part of the Advanced Support team here at Arbor. For 8 years, I worked in education as a classroom teacher. When I was in education, I developed an interest in improving and supporting staff workload, their well-being and mental health. I am now very excited to be working at Arbor as an Advanced Support Analyst as I continue my passion to reduce the workload for staff in schools through the Arbor MIS system. In my own time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family but my cockapoo Rascal takes number one priority…who well and truly lives up to his name! I also love going for walks in the countryside, especially if there’s a pub at the end!
Hi, My name is Leah and I have recently joined the Advanced Support team coming from our First Line Team. I have worked in customer service for over 11 years in the automotive and telecommunications industry before joining Arbor and I really enjoy helping people, making their day easier whenever I can. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and watching Netflix but most importantly my German Shepherd Khaleesi who I love to take on countryside walks and of course photograph!
Hi, I’m Johnny! I joined the Advanced Support team after starting on First line support in 2022. I have worked in customer service for over a decade in a range of sectors covering hospitality, retail and finance (including a misguided couple of months in debt collection…) However, I would have to say that Edtech is my favourite. Outside of work, I love traveling and I’m currently learning German - approaching a 100-day streak on Duolingo!
