If you click on My Items > My Communications to see a log of all communications you have sent.
To search for a communication, type in the subject line in the search bar and click on 'Search'.
To narrow down your search, click on the 'All communication types' drop-down arrow to select a communication type.
Click on the orange 'Communications' button to send a new email/SMS or log a telephone call/letter or meeting.
