Can we delete an ATF we've imported?

You can delete an Applicant Transfer File (ATF) added to your site, as long as no new student profiles have been created.

Go to School > Data > Import > ATF Import, select the ATF file and click More.

If the ATF is awaiting import, you can delete it using the Delete ATF button on the right-hand side.

If you have imported any new applicants, you cannot delete the ATF. We would also not be able to delete this ATF for you, as this data is needed for auditing purposes.

Any students that have been imported accidentally can be removed following these instructions: Deleting an applicant who has never been enrolled
