This article explains how to delete a School Shop item by navigating to the specific product and using the Delete Product button, provided no purchases have been made for that item.
Go to School > Payments > School Shop > School Shop Products. Select the item and click More Information in the slide over.
Click into the item name, and click the Delete Product button. You can only delete an item if no purchases have been made.
