Leavers may be missing from custom reports due to end enrolment dates assigned during the New School Year Setup Process. To include off-rolled students, remove filters for leaving dates and adjust the report's date range to today.
If your school has already completed step 2 of the New School Year Setup Process, your students who are leaving at the year will have been given an end enrolment date.
Any custom reports you have set up that filter out students who have a leaving date will no longer show the students you have off-rolled.
To resolve this, remove any date Filters such as 'Leaving date is empty/blank', then change the Date Range of the whole report to today. The report will then show your off-rolled students until their leaving date has passed.
