The basis for funding should only be recorded for pupils aged 2 with funded hours greater than zero.
If a student is not 2 and does not have funding hours, we would expect a funding basis to not be recorded. You can see more about this here: Hours at setting, funded hours, extended hours and 30 hour codes
Go to Students > All Students > Bulk Update > Bulk Update Funded Hours.
- If the student is not 2, remove the funding basis. Click the student's name (this cannot be updated in bulk) and remove the funding basis by clicking the X.
- If the student is 2, you will need to either change the funded hours or remove the funding basis if the student has no funded hours. Click the student's name to edit the hours or funding basis
