Error 380 occurs when the approved maximum age for girls is displayed without a minimum age, or vice versa. To resolve this, navigate to School Details and ensure that all information in the Special School Details section is complete and accurate regarding female age.
Approved maximum age (girls) is shown but there is no minimum, or vice versa
- Go to School > School Details
- Scroll to the Special School Details section
- Make sure all information has been filled out and that female age is correct
