Error 1869 indicates that the Top Up Funding indicator is missing or invalid. To resolve this, navigate to the Bulk Update section under All Students, select the student, and review their Funded Hours to add the funding basis.
Top Up Funding indicator is missing or invalid
- Go to Students > All Students > Bulk Update > Bulk Update Funded Hours
- Click on the student to review their Funded Hours
- Add the funding basis
