How can I see which wraparound care club session interval students have booked?

To see which students have signed up for specific intervals within a Wraparound Care Club (e.g. a breakfast or after-school club) session, follow these steps:

1. Head to School > Activities > Clubs
2. Click on the Club

3. Scroll to Sessions

   
    

4. Click on the day of the week the session is happening (e.g. if you want to look at Tuesday 8 Sept 2026, click Tuesday)

5. In the slide over, under Sessions, click the date in question (e.g. Tuesday 8 Sept)

   
    

6. This takes you to the Session Overview for that day. Refer to the Session Interval column in the Students table to see which interval each student is signed up for.

7. Alternatively, click the Download register button in the top right corner of the page to see this information as a PDF you can download to your device.
