Guardians cannot top up the account that is used to pay for breakfast or after-school clubs on the Parent Portal and Parent App directly via Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer or Voucher. They can only make a payment to this account directly by card: Payment accounts and topping up on the Parent Portal or Parent App
For payments other than card, your school needs to log this manually:
- If a cash, cheque or bank transfer payment is made: Reviewing Balances and Adding Top Ups
- There is a similar process for vouchers: Making and managing payments for Wraparound Care using vouchers
You can then either have the guardian select sessions to attend, or your school can sign them up manually:
