See students that have joined my school between two dates and sending communications

In Arbor you can view and download a list of arrivals from Students > All Students > Browse Students > Joiners.

Permissions

You'll need the Student Profile: Enrolment: View All Students to view this page. If you don't have the permission, you'll need to ask your admin team to give you permission using these instructions.

On this page, you can see students that have joined your school since the beginning of the current academic year.  You'll see where students came from (their previous school if known) and their year group and registration form if they have been assigned one.

You can bulk select multiple students to perform a variety of actions such as sending communications to parents.

You can also click a student's name to be taken to their student profile.

Clicking the filter bar at the top of the screen allows you to select relevant dates to see students who have joined your school between these dates. You can also click a student's name to be taken to their student profile.

Top Tip: Once the filters are applied, you can see a count of how many students joined during this time at the bottom of the table.
