Sometimes completing certain actions in the MIS will trigger emails to be sent out. If staff at your school aren't getting certain emails, ask them to whitelist the addresses below:
- Login details for new users - welcome@arbor-education.com
- Password resets - password-reset@arbor-education.com
- Group MIS data sharing requests (if your MAT site has no email address set up in Administration > Group Details) - noreply@arbor-education.com
- All other automated system emails (if your site has no email address set up in School > School Details) including incomplete registers, low SMS, to revoke two-factor authentication, Emergency Alerts and In-app messages, amongst others - no-reply@arbor-education.com
