No reply email addresses in the Arbor MIS

Sometimes completing certain actions in the MIS will trigger emails to be sent out. If staff at your school aren't getting certain emails, ask them to whitelist the addresses below:

  • Login details for new users -
  • Password resets -
  • Group MIS data sharing requests (if your MAT site has no email address set up in Administration > Group Details) -
  • Insight -
  • All other automated system emails (if your site has no email address set up in School > School Details) including low SMS, to revoke two-factor authentication, and in-app messages amongst others -
