No reply email addresses in the Arbor MIS

Sometimes completing certain actions in the MIS will trigger emails to be sent out. If staff at your school aren't getting certain emails, ask them to whitelist the addresses below:

  • Login details for new users -
  • Password resets -
  • Group MIS data sharing requests (if your site has no email address set up in School > School Details) -
  • Insight -
  • All other automated system emails -
