How long can a parent log in and see a student after they have left the school?

Parents can access the Parent Portal and App to view their child until the end of the academic year in which the student last attended. If they have multiple children, access to the child who has left will be removed at that time, but access to other children remains. If all children have left, parents will be unable to log in. Accounts can be disabled earlier if desired.

Parents are able to view any students on the Parent Portal and Parent App until the end of the academic year the student was last enrolled in.

• If they are linked to more than one student, at the end of the academic year they will lose access to the child who has left the school but will still be able to access their other child(ren).
• If all of their children have left the school, they won't be able to log in, and will see the below message.

If you want to prevent access to the Parent Portal before this time, you can disable their account from the User Details section of their profile.
