Staff can be notified of new inbound SMS messages through a notification in the bell icon on Arbor. If marked for notifications, they will see a number indicating new messages, which they can click to view the text.
You can choose to notify staff when there is a new SMS message.
Staff will receive a notification in the bell icon in the left-hand menu of any Arbor page if an SMS is received and they've been marked as someone who should be notified of one.
The notification bell displays a number when an SMS is received. The staff member clicks on this to see the text message and further details.
