Error 4010 indicates that post-16 learner funding and monitoring information must only be provided by schools with specific phases. For students receiving the 16-19 bursary, use either Discretionary or Vulnerable Group Bursary types, not the tuition fund. Funding records can be added in bulk and the census should be regenerated afterward.
Post 16 learner funding and monitoring information should not be provided from schools which do not have a phase of ‘AT’, ‘SS’ or ‘PR’.
If you have students in receipt of the 16-19 yr old bursary funding, you'll need to use one of these two funding types - either Discretionary Bursary Awarded or Vulnerable Group Bursary Awarded. You should not use the 16-19 tuition fund funding type for this.
You can add funding records for these two funding types in bulk from Students > All Students > Bulk Update > Bulk Update Student Funding Records.
Once you've recorded the funding, regenerate your census.
