For pupils no longer on roll, the learning aim status must be completed, withdrawn or transferred.
For students who have left, be sure to use these instructions to end their Learning Aims: Ending a Learning Aim for a student by completion, withdrawal or transferring
To resolve this, follow the steps below after going to either:
- Students > Enrolments > Learning Aims, then select the Learning Aim and the Learning Aim Instance.
- Students > All Students > Bulk Update Learning Aims > Students tab.
- Tick the box next to the student, click Bulk Action and then select Bulk Complete or Bulk Withdraw.
- If you need to transfer the student, click on their name and then click Transfer.
