Follow the instructions below to delete an unused trip.
Upcoming trips
Go to School > Activities > Trips. From here you can delete trips by selecting the box next to the trip and clicking the Bulk action button.
In the slide over, you'll see which trips can be deleted. You can only delete trips where there are no students signed up or paid (even if participation was cancelled/refunded) to ensure there is a log of payments.
Upcoming Free Trips
Free trips can be deleted regardless of whether participants were previously added! This is because the free trips can't have prices set up and therefore don't create invoices when participants are added.
However, all participation from the free trip will need to be removed before you can delete the trip. Our article section on cancelling a free trip participation has instructions on how to do this.
Once the participants are removed from the free trip, you can then delete the trip following the process outlined above.
Past trips
It is not possible to delete trips if they have already begun, or if they took place in the past, whether students were signed up/payments were made or not.
