Sending Communications from Interventions

If you've set up an intervention group and need to contact the students or their guardians who are enrolled in the intervention, you can do this by going to Students > Interventions:

  1. Click on the Intervention it is regarding
  2. Click on the Intervention Group session
  3. Under Enrolled Students, click the tick box next to the student names you wish to contact
  4. Click the Bulk Action button, selecting who you want to contact and how

This will then take you to be able to send an email or SMS, or generate a letter to the students selected, or their guardians.
