Add or remove staff from interventions

Follow the instructions below to change staff assigned to interventions.

Permissions

You will need the School: Teaching: Administer permission to manage staff assigned to interventions. If someone can't access a certain area, you can give them the right permission using these instructions

Intervention Leads

You will have needed to add an Intervention Lead when setting up the intervention.

You cannot remove the Intervention Lead, as someone must be assigned, so you will need to change the Intervention Lead. You cannot have multiple staff assigned as the Intervention Lead.

To change the Intervention Lead, go to Students > Interventions > Dashboard and select the intervention. From the Overview tab, click on the Lead Staff Member.

Change the staff member in the drop-down, then click Save. Do not click Delete as that would delete the Intervention group (not possible once attendance has started being taken).
