To see who teaches each class, go to School > Programmes > Courses > Table view. Here you can see each class and the Academic Lead assigned in a table.
Permissions
You will need the School: Academic Structure: View permission to see this page, and the School: Academic Structure: Administer permission to make changes to academic leads. If you don't have permission, you'll need to ask an administrator to give you permission following these instructions.
Making Changes in Bulk
To change academic leads from here:
- Tick the boxes next to the courses you want to (re-)assign
- Use the green Bulk Action button
- Select Bulk Update Academic Leads
- Select the date Effective from which you want to add or remove staff
- Select the staff you wish to Remove using the dropdown
- You can only select staff who are an academic lead for the course already, you can select multiple staff members
- Staff are removed from the effective date; in other words, the last day they will be a lead is the day before the effective date.
- If you leave the dropdown empty, no staff will be removed
- Select the staff you wish to Add
- You can select multiple staff members in one go
- Staff are added from the effective date; in other words, the first they they are the lead is the effective date
- If you leave the dropdown empty, no staff will be added
- Click Change academic leads to confirm your changes
