This guide explains how to find the Course Code for a BTEC qualification your centre is approved to offer, using Pearson’s Edexcel Online portal.
Before you begin
You will need your centre’s Edexcel Online login credentials. Please contact the Edexcel Online team if you are unsure what these are.
Steps
- Go to https://edexcelonline.pearson.com/ and log in with your centre’s credentials
- In the qualification drop-down menu on the left-hand side of the screen, select BTEC & Functional Skills.
- Select Qualifications Approved.
- Click Approved Programmes.
The page will display details of all the qualifications your centre is approved for, including the Course Code for each one. Use the Course Code shown against the relevant qualification when completing registrations and entries.

If you can’t log in, or the qualification you’re looking for doesn’t appear in your list of approved programmes, contact Pearson’s Edexcel Online support team or speak to your centre’s Pearson account manager.
