This article explains how to set the Published Admission Numbers (PAN) for a specific intake season in the system. Users must first set up their intake season and then navigate to the Applicants section to enter and save the PAN.
To be able to see your PAN, make sure you have first set up your intake season by following this article.
1. Go to Students > All Students > Applicants.
2. Select the intake season you wish to set the PAN for.
3. At the top of the page, click on Published Admissions Number.
4. Enter the number in the Published Admissions Number field.
5. Click the green Save Changes button.
