You may not have any applicants to enrol in step 3 of the New School Year Setup process.
Go to Students > All Students > Applicants. Select and intake season and click Applicants from the left-hand menu.
If you don't have an intake season, don't have any students here or are missing some, this is usually because they have not been added to the Applicants section of Arbor but had been added as new student profiles instead.
If you want to track them as applicants, you may wish to remove these profiles and set them up as applicants instead. You will need to start by setting up an intake season and then adding the applicants with this guide: Adding Applicants
