We've designed Arbor to be accessible by anyone (with the right business role and permissions), at any time and from anywhere so everyone can do the work they need to do.
As such, it is not possible to restrict staff access, so they can't access Arbor outside the school grounds or outside of working hours.
You can control whether your site uses IP whitelisting for Two-factor authentication which would mean that when staff are on site they don't have to enter an authentication code, but this wouldn't prevent people from logging in.
