Go to Students > Examinations > Qualifications > Qualification Offering.
Click on the qualification you would like to remove.
Click Qualification Offering.
Here you can see an overview of what awards and units you have subscribed to.
You will notice instructions on the page about removing units or awards.
Any awards or units you have entered candidates into will be greyed out, and you will not be able to untick this box.
To be able to unsubscribe from this award or unit, you must de-select all of the qualification awards and learning units, but if you have entered candidates you must first withdraw them.
To withdraw your candidates, click the Candidate Entries tab. Select the unit or award you would like to withdraw candidates from.
You will be taken to the Award Candidate Entries page.
Tick all the boxes next to the candidates' names and click the Bulk action button to withdraw the candidates.
Select withdraw again.
Return to the Qualification Offering page and once again click on the qualification you would like to remove.
Click Qualification Offering.
You will now see that the awards/units that were previously greyed out will now be available to deselect.
Untick all the boxes and then click Save Changes. After you have done this and navigated away from this page, you will find the qualification has been removed from the Qualification Offering page.
To undo this removal process, you will have to subscribe again to the award/units.
