When a student moves to a new school, you either need to send a CTF to the new school or import a CTF from their old school.
The only assessment information that can be imported via CTF is statutory assessment marks, such as phonics and end-of-year testing. You can see more details about what's included in CTFs here: What is included in a CTF?
This will not include any school assessments, like summative, ad hoc or curriculum assessment data or evidence. To send non-statutory assessment data to another school, you will need to instead:
- Ask the other school if they run similar assessments to your school to make sure the grade sets will match, or they can be converted.
- Send the school details of the student's assessment marks - you can find these on their profile in Summative Tracking > Working at or in bulk here.
