When a student moves to a new school, you either need to send or import a CTF.
The only assessment information that can be imported is statutory assessment marks, such as phonics and end of year testing. You can see more details about what's included in CTFs here: What is included in a CTF?
This will not include any summative, ad hoc or curriculum assessment data or evidence. To send them this, you will need to:
- Ask the other school if they run similar assessments to your school to make sure the grade sets will match, or they can be converted.
- Send the school details of the student's assessment marks - you can find these on their profile in Summative Tracking > Working at or in bulk here.
