Creating DfE Code Reports

Go to Students > Attendance > Reports to generate a report of marks and dates for each student - sometimes called a herringbone report in other systems.

Here you can generate an excel report of all students statutory roll call marks by choosing the reporting dates then clicking the green button.

You can choose whether or not to include student's ethnicity, FSM and SEN in the report.

It also includes the student's first and last names in separate columns, date of birth, registration form and UPN. There will be one row for each week, so each student will have multiple rows.
